Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Recruiter.

• As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the best talents all over the world and connecting them with our company.
• We are rapidly growing, and you will have the chance to work with a big variety of IT vacancies and beyond.
• Recruiting plays one of the most strategic roles for us. Essentially, talented people help our company to reach success, implement new projects and initiatives, customize our processes, and optimize our workflows, and that's why we believe that it's always important to find, attract, and recruit the best professionals as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities.
• Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools, and generate pipelines for each position.
• Build long-term and mutual relationships with both candidates and hiring managers based on a WIN-WIN approach.
• Organize interviews, receive and communicate feedback to/from hiring managers and candidates.
• Participate in recruitment planning and project growth.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of successful experience in IT recruitment, covering the full recruitment cycle.
• Strong research skills via social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (positive mindset, personal maturity, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Successful experience in closing technical vacancies.
• Successful experience in closing management & design vacancies.
• English language proficiency at level C1 or higher.
