Senior Manager (Backend Development)

In the Data Integration cluster, we're focusing on what enables any analytical platform to be great: Data and its quality. The Software Engineering Manager will lead software development initiatives, design software solutions, manage delivery timelines, and oversee distributed systems responsible for data ingestion from tens of sources, making market data from all around the world accessible through our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize continuous integration/continuous delivery processes to ensure high standards of software delivery.
• Lead the development of a new Decentralized Exchanges initiative to bring the full power of professional instruments of TradingView to the DEX world.
• With other Unit Leads, develop a new approach to implementing data pipelines within the cluster and lead the adoption of this approach.

• Experience working with distributed systems.
• Experience with either Python, or Go stacks.
• Solid understanding of modern infrastructure, like Kubernetes and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working with continuous delivery pipelines.

Will be a plus:

• Industry experience either as a developer or a trader.
• Experience with data streaming, working with real-time data.
• Master's degree in STEM field.
