Our client is an established player in the iGaming industry, with four years of experience in online operations. Over this time, they have built a strong team of 50 professionals and developed in-house traffic sources, including a dedicated media buying department. The company operates on its own proprietary platform and targets Tier 1 English-speaking markets such as Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia. The team works entirely remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow the Affiliate Department from scratch - defining strategy, creating workflows, and building a high-performing team.
  • Design and execute scalable affiliate acquisition plans to boost traffic and increase revenue.
  • Lead, support, and coach a team of Affiliate Managers - set KPIs, monitor progress, and encourage their career development.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with affiliates, publishers, networks, and key industry contacts.
  • Continuously track and refine affiliate traffic sources, while identifying suspicious activity and minimizing fraud risk.
  • Handle budgets across various payment models including CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
  • Dive into performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights to enhance campaign results.
  • Keep a pulse on affiliate marketing trends, industry shifts, and iGaming market dynamics.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align on shared objectives and business priorities.

Required skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior role within affiliate marketing.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling affiliate programs.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing operations: payment structures, fraud detection, deal negotiations, and campaign setup.
  • Strong familiarity with all major affiliate payment models.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with publishers, advertisers, and affiliate platforms.
  • Solid grasp of product funnels and key conversion metrics.
  • Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a clear focus on business outcomes.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience handling large-scale traffic volumes.
  • Familiarity with managing various affiliate software and systems.
  • A strong network of partners including webmasters, ad networks, and niche publishers within the CPA ecosystem.
