We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for Mobile Product Managers to guide and mentor a team responsible for our mobile products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers working on mobile applications, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Define and communicate the overarching mobile product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder needs.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive product roadmaps, ensuring coherence across initiatives and maintaining high delivery standards.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, QA, and analytics leads to align on priorities, remove blockers, and maintain velocity.
- Oversee the full mobile product lifecycle across multiple products or feature areas — from discovery to launch and beyond.
- Champion best practices in product management, agile methodologies, and mobile UX/UI.
- Drive a data-informed culture: monitor KPIs, conduct regular product performance reviews, and ensure insights inform ongoing decisions.
- Act as a key escalation point and decision-maker for strategic or operational challenges affecting product development.
- Cultivate a culture of ownership, customer empathy, and innovation within the product team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Strong background in mobile product development (iOS/Android), including familiarity with technical stacks and app store ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling product teams, with a focus on talent development and team performance.
- Deep understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and agile product delivery.
- Analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in product analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
