What you'll need to do:
Become a part of the team that launches projects for our customers from A to Z, starting from project planning and building an MVP to transitioning it to the sustainment stage.
As a marketing analyst, you will ensure data quality and structure report architecture by
- Analyzing customer business processes and data sources to determine reporting needs.
- Creating technical specifications for the customization of external systems.
- Designing data import processes, combining data from different systems, and calculating client metrics.
- Visualizing data using Power BI to create insightful dashboards.
- Maintaining project documentation and keeping it up-to-date.
- Continuously developing and improving the product.

Requirements
We're seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements:
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experienced in data visualization using Power BI or similar systems.
- Familiar with marketing analytics, web analytics (GA UA, GA4, GTM), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, FB/Instagram, etc.).
- Has previous experience working with external clients.
- Possesses upper-intermediate or advanced English language skills and native level of Russian.
Please note that you must be available five days a week and have at least five working hours overlap with the team and clients (PST/PDT time zone).
