Responsibilities

Develop a solution for automated deployment and CI/CD.
Design and develop deployment kits for e-commerce platforms.
Support and continuous enhancement of software development infrastructure: continuous integration and delivery, databases, cloud services, systems monitoring, etc.
Consulting developers in infrastructure configuration issues (OS performance optimization, network bottlenecks, storage configuration, etc).
Collaboration with a distributed team of developers, testers, analysts.
Collaboration with corporate and customer’s IT services.

Requirements

Excellent communication and English skills — direct communication with the customer will be required.
AWS — looking for someone who knows how to deploy, configure and troubleshoot applications running in AWS environment.
AWS DevOps Tools. Must Have: AWS Code Commit, CodeStar, Code Build, Deploy, CodePipeline, Cloud Formation Templates.
Infrastructure — connectivity between apps and services.
Docker — understanding Docker environment, deploying/testing apps in Docker.
Best practices — ability to suggest better approaches or changes to improve performance, security, maintainability.
Terraform (would be a plus) — Terraform is used by their DevOps team to automate the creation of the environments and application resources such as S3 buckets, SQS queues etc.

Nice to have:

Experience with Go programming language.
Experience with Prometheus, Terraform.
