Responsibilities
- Continuous enhancement of software development infrastructure: continuous integration and delivery, databases, cloud services, systems monitoring, etc.
- Consulting developers in infrastructure configuration issues (OS performance optimization, network bottlenecks, storage configuration, etc). Work in collaboration with corporate and customer’s IT services within the internal geographically distributed engineering team.
Requirements
Strong DevOps engineer who can also be very independent and a good communicator (very important).
Some required/advantage expertise:
- Working with GCP/k8s (GKE) — must.
- Experience with CI/CD in general, Docker — must.
- Working with YAMLs — must.
- Experience with Maven backends — must.
- Experience with circle-ci — advantage.
- Experience with secrets management (e.g. Vault) — advantage.
