We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Lead People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key advisor to teams, supporting them through every stage of the employee lifecycle and serving as a cultural ambassador for the organization. You will ensure that our people processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with our values.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to team leads and managers, identifying people-related risks and HiPo employees in a timely manner.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and integration to offboarding and exit processes.
- Partner with managers to ensure timely follow-up on identified team dynamics or development opportunities, help escalate concerns thoughtfully when additional support is needed.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, helping teams understand and live company values through daily interactions, while supporting alignment through regular check-ins and feedback loops.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all employee inquiries, routing them to relevant experts when needed.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, helping teams and individuals navigate policies and procedures effectively.
- Measure and report on employee satisfaction within teams, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or as a People Partner, with at least 2 years in a Lead role.
- Background in fast-growing environments and scaling teams.
- Experience working remotely (fully or partially), with the ability to adapt to asynchronous and distributed team structures.
- Hands-on experience in cross-cultural or international team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Ability to identify and manage people-related risks and opportunities proactively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Fluency in English.
