Senior Product Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Select and calculate product and business metrics when implementing projects' product features.
• Analyze key metrics to identify deviations, growth opportunities, and product development directions.
• Assess potential profit from new projects or product features.
• Maintain documentation of the analytics system in the company's knowledge base as part of its product.
• Conduct A/B testing, including developing conditions and interpreting results.
• Make recommendations for improving the product and find optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product.
• Interact with all teams of the Data Department to optimize data flows, control the quality and integrity of product data, and create data marts for the product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, the ability to find a balance between the resources spent and the effect on the business.
• Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries.
• Proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, create analytical data marts.
• Experience in creating BI reports: Plotly/Redash/Tableau.
