We are looking for a Tech Lead (Unity) to join our team in Cyprus!
Responsibilities
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Developing logic and game mechanics based on design documents/technical specifications.
- Building UI, inserting game assets.
- Integrating and configuring SDKs (analytics, advertising).
Qualifications for a successful candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.
- Has solid knowledge of C# and Unity.
- Knows and applies a set of design patterns.
- Can form the project's architecture and ensure its further support.
- Uses the MVC approach in project architecture.
- Knows and applies sorting algorithms.
- Knows and applies Unity Dependency Injection (UnityDI) technologies.
- Works with AssetBundle or Addressable systems.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with shaders, writing custom ones.
- Uses the MVC approach in project architecture.
- Experience working on hybrid/hyper-casual games.
