We are a management company in iGaming, leading a number of projects globally. We are currently looking for a recruitment partner who will support the growth of our management company and affiliated businesses by hiring top-tier talent across digital, marketing, product, and operational roles.
This is a role for a recruiter who is ready to act as a strategic partner to the business, bringing market expertise, candidate excellence, and process ownership to every stage of the recruitment cycle.
Reports to — Head of Talent/HRBP.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment — independently manage the hiring cycle from intake to offer across multiple functions (product, digital, marketing, operations), maintaining a high bar for quality and speed.
- Sourcing & headhunting — identify top-tier talent using LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean/X-ray search, and niche platforms (forums, Discord, closed communities).
- Stakeholder management — act as a partner to hiring managers, challenging when needed, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Candidate experience — provide high-touch communication and create a smooth, engaging experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Process ownership — maintain high standards of recruitment hygiene: timely updates in ATS (Huntflow), structured feedback, and clean pipelines.
- Market insight — advise on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategy for different geos and functions.
- Collaboration — work closely with People Partners and hiring teams across business units to align on hiring priorities.
Key requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in tech or digital sectors, experience in iGaming is a strong plus.
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-find candidates via multiple channels.
- Ability to build trust with hiring managers and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in Boolean/X-ray sourcing and usage of modern recruitment tools.
- Fluent English (B2+), knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first and fast-paced environment.
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate (for hybrid format).
- Self-starter mindset and ownership of outcomes.
