Senior Rust Engineer with Solana Blockchain experience

Responsibilities

• Solana smart contract development in Core/Native Rust (without Anchor).
• Define data structures and memory allocation.
• Implement DEX orderbook (for perpetual futures).
• Refactoring existing codebase into idiomatic Rust.
• Ensure test coverage across produced code (TDD).
• Implement compute-efficient on-chain derivatives price calculations.
• Write protocol integrity tests.
• Maintain and extend TypeScript SDK.
• Create matching Rust SDK.

Requirements

Must:

• High proficiency in Rust development (min. 5+ years of extensive experience).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience working on Solana programs (Core/Native Rust without Anchor).
• Experience working with dynamically allocated data structures (RB tree, linked lists, etc.).

• Experience working with Solana TypeScript libraries:

  • @solana/web3.js.
  • @solana/spl-token.

• Strong math and algorithm skills.

• English skills:

  • Reading external technical documentation.
  • Writing internal technical documentation.
  • Communication within the team.

• Ability to work 10:00-18:00 (CET).

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Passionate about blockchain technology and DeFi.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Experience developing software for Embedded Systems.
• Understanding how financial markets work (both TradFi and DeFi).

• Russian skills:

  • Reading internal technical documentation.
  • Technical communication within the team.
