We are looking for analysts in various product teams:
- Delivery, Origination, Acquisition, Collection, Antifraud, KYC, Credit/Debit Portfolio, Customer Care, AML, Finance, Mobile App, X-Sell, and Investment.
The analyst’s main task is to develop new technological products and enhance existing ones.
Your team will include graduates from top universities (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, NSE, MEPhI).

Responsibilities
- Use your analytical skills to create the best financial products on the market.
- Take responsibility for the product and its metrics.
- Develop metrics to improve products and processes.
- Generate insights and new ideas from data.
- Conduct research and investigations.
- Implement new algorithms in processes.
- Create monitoring processes for products and workflows.
- Build reports and dashboards.
- Improve Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and funnels.
- Evaluate the quality and logic of processes.
- Analyze operational performance metrics.
- Develop motivation schemes for the operational department.
- Test hypotheses for process optimization.
- Calculate costs and assess efficiency.
What makes you a great fit
- Participation in prestigious olympiads in mathematics, economics, physics, or computer science.
- A mathematical or technical degree from one of the following universities: MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
- Analytical and systematic thinking.
- Ability to visualize data and derive actionable conclusions.
- Experience in hypothesis testing and validation.
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills.
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
