We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in product and technology companies. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping organizational design, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership teams in building a high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and company culture.
- Drive initiatives in organizational design, coaching, and C&B, leveraging deep industry expertise and modern HR practices.
- Work with leadership teams on workforce planning strategy, reducing key employee dependency risks and ensuring succession planning.
- Support junior managers through coaching, helping them develop leadership competencies and effectively manage teams.
- Regularly analyze salary benchmarks, assess compensation package competitiveness, and provide recommendations for adjustments. Consult on Total Rewards strategy and employee cost evaluation.
- Effectively handle objections and resistance to change, ensuring smooth implementation of HR strategies.
- Collaborate closely with tech teams, understanding their unique motivations and applying the best management practices to enhance performance.
- Utilize HR analytics, key metrics, and budgeting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work with cross-cultural teams to drive global HR strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including HR BP roles in product and technology companies.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, coaching, and C&B.
- Proven experience partnering with leadership on organizational development, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives.
- Deep understanding of tech team dynamics and their motivation drivers.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, metrics, and budgeting.
- Fluent English.
Experience working with cross-cultural teams is a plus.
