Position Overview:
- The HR Manager for the Web Division is responsible for managing human resources functions within the division, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs of a tech-focused environment. The HR Manager reports directly to the Company HR Director, ensuring alignment with company-wide HR strategies, while maintaining a dotted-line relationship with the Web Division Manager to tailor HR initiatives to the specific needs of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract top talent in the tech field. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Performance Management: Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems, including regular performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee recognition programs.
- Employee Development: Implement and manage training and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of the Web Division employees. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations within the Web Division, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied within the Web Division, in alignment with company-wide HR strategies and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Web Division Manager to align HR initiatives with the division’s strategic objectives while ensuring that these initiatives also align with broader company HR strategies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage and oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs within the Web Division, ensuring they are competitive and align with industry standards.
- Data-Driven HR Management: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, track progress towards HR goals, and provide insights to both the Company HR Director and the Web Division Manager.
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):
- Achieve a high employee retention rate by implementing effective talent management and employee engagement strategies.
- Ensure that all employees within the Web Division receive at least one professional development opportunity annually.
- Maintain a high level of employee satisfaction, as measured by periodic employee surveys.
- Ensure that all open positions within the Web Division are filled in a timely manner, aiming for an average time-to-hire that meets or exceeds industry standards.
