We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to support our internal infrastructure and end-users. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems, resolving technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in IT support, networking, operating systems, and monitoring systems, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
User Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users.
Infrastructure Support
- Monitor and maintain internal infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage infrastructure-related support tickets.
Infrastructure Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in the existing infrastructure.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.
Documentation
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure and support processes.
- Create user guides and manuals for colleagues and end-users.
Our expectations
- Experience in IT support and infrastructure administration.
- Knowledge of networking technologies, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and databases.
- Skills in monitoring systems and incident management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- English level: Intermediate or higher for reading technical documentation and interacting with foreign colleagues.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD.
