The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience in managing teams, must have high professional skills, great interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building strong technological teams.

Core objectives
- Build top-notch team (retention, recruitment, teamwork, team visibility, employee well being).
- Constantly push technology knowledge level to the limit.
- Business and product understanding, part of product roadmap creation (future sprints, MVP, ROI improvement).
- Constant improvement of team velocity (Agile methodologies, estimations, commitments & lifecycle).
- Quality improvement.
- Being a mentor.
- App stability mindset and engineering excellence. Production issues detection, prevention, response time.
- Lead cross teams initiatives and peers work, people management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience of building systems for a web environment.
- Strong Leadership skills — Ability to inspire, motivate, train, and manage the team to deliver a WOW experience to all stakeholders.
- Solid experience leading a team in Agile Scrum methodology.
- Extensive experience leading design and architecture related activities.
- Experience with distributed systems and micro services architecture.
- Experienced in: SQL, Cloud environments (Amazon AWS).
- Hands-on and high capacity; sets high standards and holds the entire team to high standards.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Advantages:
