Team Leader for RND Team

Core objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience of building systems for a web environment.
• Strong Leadership skills — Ability to inspire, motivate, train, and manage the team to deliver a WOW experience to all stakeholders.
• Solid experience leading a team in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Extensive experience leading design and architecture related activities.
• Experience with distributed systems and micro services architecture.
• Experienced in: SQL, Cloud environments (Amazon AWS).
• Hands-on and high capacity; sets high standards and holds the entire team to high standards.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Advantages:
