Marketplace Operations is a Gett’s global team with 1 person leading global operational excellence, knowledge-sharing, and application of best methodologies and 3 locally-based teams, responsible for execution of global strategy in the local markets.

As a Project Manager in Gett’s Marketplace Operations Business Unit, you'll be driving global projects from initiation to execution, as well as ensuring some key/strategic local initiatives are being executed upon defined timelines. Your main interfaces would include: operational teams, product managers and project managers from R&D organization, and executive management.

Responsibilities

Build and refine project management mechanism including projects setup&exit, project tracking and review process, resources allocation etc.
Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders.
Timely follow and find projects bottlenecks and proactively address challenges to ensure projects are on track.
Regularly conduct projects review meetings to track project performance and status.

Requirements

Higher education (BSc, MSc is an advantage).
4+ years of experience in PMO roles (having an experience in tech organizations is an advantage).
Strong English capabilities is a must.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Decision making, task prioritization and on time delivery capabilities, be detail oriented.
Strive to know the business, spend time in the field with customers and a wide array of stakeholders.
PMP Certification is an advantage;
Previous work with scrum teams and understanding of Agile methodology is an advantage.
Analytical background is an advantage.
