Core Desk Go Developer

The team develops a distributed state management system that controls a complex trading environment and supports trading decisions at various levels. The system targets traders and technical services and is built using C++, Python, and Go.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy new features within a distributed state management system.
• Investigate and resolve issues across all system layers.
• Actively pursue and implement strategies to enhance overall system performance.
• Collaborate with business and engineering users to understand their problems and needs, and translate them into working solutions.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications

• Strong understanding of multithreading concepts (memory models, lock-free data structures, etc.).
• A passion for designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience developing software in Go.
• Hands-on experience with production databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, testable, and maintainable code.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
• Capacity to comprehend and work with complex C/C++ code.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.
