We are seeking an Infrastructure Architect to develop and optimize our technical framework, ensuring the stability and growth of both existing and new infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement new infrastructure solutions while optimizing existing systems to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and refine technical processes, including tool selection, standardization, and team unification.
- Maintain and update high-level technical documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with various teams to plan architectural development, considering their requirements and expectations.
- Liaise with external partners on organizational and technical matters to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Plan and enhance current and future technical presence locations to support organizational growth.
- Contribute to team development and participate in strategic growth planning to build a robust technical team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or AliCloud, including VPC peering and VPN configurations.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and security measures.
- Extensive experience with Linux distributions.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
