Our team creates and maintains modern infrastructure for trading platform, ensuring reliable service operations. Currently, we are forming a dedicated technical support team to assist developers with incident resolution, monitoring, and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Technical support for users and developers.
- System monitoring using VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Incident resolution and initial analysis of servers based on Linux O/S.
- Basic network diagnostics.
- Automation of routine processes.
- Writing and updating technical documentation.
- Interaction with development and infrastructure teams.
- Incident resolution within SLA and escalation to appropriate teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in system administration or technical support (Linux, networks: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD processes.
- Skills in automating tasks using scripts (Bash, Python), and writing Ansible playbooks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to develop and articulate technical solutions.
- Readiness to develop technical skills: interest in Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, AliCloud, etc.).
- Ability to find a balance between the ideal solution and urgency.
- English – B2+.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with OpenVPN, Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
- Experience interacting with development teams.
