Relocation to Cyprus is mandatory. BrainRocket is hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the game design vision, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Create engaging gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including wireframes and gameplay flowcharts.
- Collaborate with developers, artists, and other team members to implement designs.
- Playtest and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Game Designer or similar role in game development.
- Experience creating prototypes / MVP, validating gameplay hypothesis.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively through documentation and prototypes.
- Passion for gaming with a focus on delivering exceptional player experiences.
- Familiarity with Unity and Game Development Workflows.
Bonus
- Experience designing for WebGL or browser-based games.
- Knowledge of live-ops and games-as-a-service models.
- Mathematical Background.
- Experience operating games with $500K in monthly revenue.
