Brainrocket assembles a new team to develop web/mobile games from scratch.We’re looking for a Game Producer / Product Lead to oversee the development process, ensuring our games are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Relocation to Cyprus is mandatory. BrainRocket is hiring specialists who have already relocated from Russia
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and champion the game vision throughout development.
- Manage game projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scope, and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and artists.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and ensure team alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Game Producer or similar role in game development.
- Strong understanding of game production pipelines and processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to align technical and creative teams around a unified vision.
- Passion for gaming and a player-focused mindset.
Bonus
- Experience with WebGL or browser-based games.
- Familiarity with live-ops and games-as-a-service models.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience operating projects with $500K in monthly revenue.
