We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering all company devices and internal tools, launching scripts on remote devices when necessary, and monitoring internet connectivity issues and laptop performance. This role also includes assisting with the implementation of internal tools and benchmarking them for optimal performance.
In addition, the IT Support Engineer will handle team requests such as password changes and provide guidance on using various tools. Collaborating with software owners, this person will help involve the entire team in adopting new software solutions. The role also encompasses organizing and conducting training sessions for new team members, as well as ongoing sessions for current staff to enhance their proficiency with our tools.
