Challenges that await you

Assist in managing the recruitment process, with a focus on supporting the successful hiring of non-IT positions.
Build positive relationships with hiring managers, facilitating clear communication and alignment on hiring priorities.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to support process improvements and optimize outcomes.
Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment workflows, collaborating on HR initiatives to enhance team efficiency.

What makes you a great fit

1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on successfully assisting with hiring processes.
Experience in building strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on hiring needs.
Familiarity with analyzing recruitment metrics and using data to identify areas for improvement.
Self-driven, well-organized, and adept at managing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
