We are seeking experienced Product Managers to join Joom Marketplace in the following team:

Client Product, Growth Team

The Growth team seeks a Product Manager focused on optimizing customer acquisition. Your mission is to increase new customer acquisition by optimizing landing pages and transitioning web users to our mobile app, balancing conversion rates with long-term profitability.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth or enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze data to make informed decisions, measure outcomes, and refine initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement impactful projects aligned with business goals.
Continuously improve user experience through research, testing, and iteration.
Drive improvements in customer acquisition, retention, or operational processes, depending on the team’s focus.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Product Management.
Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred

Expertise in customer acquisition, A/B testing, and optimizing conversion flows.
