Support Agent (Ultimate Guitar)

Key Responsibilities

• Written resolution of customer issues in the ticket system and on social media.
• Resolution of disputes in payment systems.
• Collection and analysis of incoming customer issues and suggestions for solving these problems.
• Optimization of current workflows in your team and suggestions for improving work tools.

Required experience

Required skills and abilities:

• English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
• Experienced Web user.

Additional skills and abilities (preferred):

• Knowledge/use of MU product.
• Proficiency in any other language at least at B1 level.
• Experience in IT Support.
• Musical education (musical background or ability to play an instrument).
