Analyst (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming requests for the Infrastructure Team.
• Assess technical feasibility.
• Formalize requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure procurement processes.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external vendors.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and other technical teams.
• Gather and clarify requirements.
• Ensure accurate communication between business and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure solutions and DevOps processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Infrastructure management (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Network technologies (VPN, DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
  • Linux (administration, Bash/Python scripting).

• Understanding of containerization and orchestration principles (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong analytical skills with experience in formalizing requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps teams or similar technical roles.
• Proficiency in preparing documentation and technical specifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Upper-intermediate level or higher English proficiency for documentation and vendor communication.
• Knowledge of Kanban methodology.
