Senior Technical Writer

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation in English for our products.
• Organize documentation within our wiki to ensure users can efficiently locate specific information and related content.
• Possess a keen eye for detail, excel in managing multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Interpret complex subjects and highly technical information.
• Collaborate with various teams to produce the most thorough, precise, up-to-date, and user-friendly technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document SDK and API information, and adeptly employ Swagger tool.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams and schematics to enhance the comprehension of technical processes.
• Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role is a prerequisite.
• Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Jira software or other documentation publishing tools.
• Proficiency at an advanced level in English is essential.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field from an accredited institution would be advantageous.
• A portfolio showcasing examples of your documentation work.
