Senior Project Manager (Internal Projects)

Responsibilities

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.

Requirements

• Relevant experience of 3+ years as a Project Manager in IT / Fintech company.
• English proficiency at the level B2 or higher.
• Technical education/background, including overall understanding of hardware.
• Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in various ad-hoc research/analysis/discovery activities.
• Expertise in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Experience in Agile Development and Product Delivery.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience as Program Manager.
• Relevant experience as Process Manager.
• Relevant experience in trading, brokers, hedge funds, exchanges or related areas.
• Practical experience with BI tools.
