The Test Lead will be part of a diverse and dynamic team who should drive preparation and execution of all test activities for Citibank Localization project. This will involve preparation of test strategy, methodology, and plans for smooth end-to-end testing activities for 60+ local systems. The Test Lead will work with a large variety of users and counterparts from business, operations, functions teams, development and testing teams, including our Core Banking System provider, Diasoft.
Responsibilities
- Development of test methodology and test strategy for various elements of testing (functional/unit, end-to-end, performance testing, etc.).
- Preparation and coordination of execution of the test plans between multiple test teams.
- Interaction with business users, operational and functional teams.
- Keeping the bug register and ensuring their timely resolution by respective development teams.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of banking products, understanding of bank's operational processes.
- Experience in conducting various types of testing (functional, E2E, performance, etc.) including automated testing.
- High performance and result-oriented.
- Experience in arranging complex and E2E test strategies and scenarios in financial institutions.
- Demonstrate composed analytical skills to resolve issues in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure efficient interaction between numerous stakeholders.
- Clear and concise written and oral communication in Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate level).
- Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with testing strategy and methodology development and test execution in financial institutions.
