Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design map experience for different types of users: passengers, clients, drivers, couriers, and others.
• Work closely with other colleagues from different verticals and collaborate with a large number of other colleagues (researchers, product managers, analytics, business developers and others).
• Design horizontal, reusable solutions, organise by self and conduct UX tests and research, impact to the design system if needed.
• Work closely with developers and create specifications that minimise questions.
• Design solutions with attention to business and user problems.
• Set high standards for our visual design, establish guidelines and templates.
• Ensure that the implemented solutions match the design intent.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in mobile apps' product design and minimum 2 years working with maps, visual design in high level.
• Successful projects demonstrating user experience and interface, including maps.
• Ability to conduct user research, create user flows, prototypes, and interfaces (UX/UI skills).
• Experience with Figma and specialised map design tools, like OSM editor.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with developers, managers, and other designers.
• Ability to analyse data and use it to improve design.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and work in conditions of uncertainty.
• Knowledge of current trends in design, maps and the mobile industry.
