Scrum Master

Primary tasks

• Adjust and maintaining development processes using Scrum methodology.
• Helping the teams to communicate efficiently.
• Facilitating Scrum events.
• Teaching, coaching and mentoring the development teams.
• Assisting in the solving of conflicts in the teams.
• Creation, adapting and maintaining tools for the scrum processes (with respect to company needs).
• Helping the management with the analysis of workload and allocation people.
• Tracking the sprint results and task execution.
• Adjusting the methods to make development process efficient.

Expected results

• Analyze already existing process and propose adjustments of making communication and Scrum processes efficient.
• Submit a plan of the internal training to educate the teams in Scrum.
• Propose the way of the analysis tasks to identify inefficient parts of the development process and suggest improvements to address the issue.
• Offer the way of the task tracking to be able easily to calculate and plan workload of the developers.
• Propose the way of the tasks estimation base on the statistics.
• Adjustment of the Scrum processes concerning automotive requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the Scrum frameworks.
• Experience in the facilitation of Scrum events.
• Experience in the set up of the Scrum process from scratch.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• English skills B2.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with LESS framework.
• PSM I certificate from scrum.org.
• Project management experience.
