At Exness, like in many other evolved organizations, fraud shows up in many complex ways. The role we’re seeking to add to our Partnership team will cooperate with product and engineering teams and lead an analysis of data, processes, and clients behavior to improve the protection against fraud on the Exness Partnership and Affiliates product. You will provide the process of partnership fraud analysis for developing and tuning fraud detection algorithms in partnership (IB) and affiliates.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Partnership Risk Protection Team Lead. Interim reporting line will be in a matrix model to the Head of Partnership. For this role, we are considering candidates based anywhere around the world who are willing to relocate to our HQ’s in Cyprus.

You will

  • Define the requirements for the improvement of anti-fraud protection in Partnership Risk Protection.
  • Lead the process of automation regarding anti-fraud in Partnership Risk Protection.
  • Cooperate with teams inside the department for risk optimization opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and improvements in all partnership and affiliates monitoring processing.
  • Document and describe processes regarding risk protection in partnership (IB) and affiliates.
  • Become a subject matter expert in partnership fraud operations and metrics.
  • In line with the demands of Exness resources analyze and fill detected/ predictable gaps to ensure that resource bottlenecks do not block the delivery of business changes.
  • Assess existing processes, make them effective, transparent, reasonable, and relevant to company standards.
  • Create a fraud report on a weekly basis.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related subject.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to details.
  • Strong knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal & written English: you are proactive, clear, concise, and comfortable speaking publicly about fraud prevention topics.
  • An eye for detail and keenness to identify and solve problems.
  • You’re driven by professional discipline that requires continuous learning and training.
  • You have research, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and deliver in line with Department objectives.
  • You can work independently and can work well under pressure, while always being positively responsive to your colleagues.
  • Great energy and enthusiasm.
  • CFD experience would be a huge asset.

It’s a huge plus if you have experience using SQL & Python for data analysis and understanding of math statistics.

Your journey after applying

  • TA Interview (30 minutes).
  • Technical Interview (1 hour).
  • Final Interview (1 hour).

The starting salary mentioned is an indicative starting number and the final amount will depend on the personal tax specifics and level of seniority determined during the interview process. This is the base salary only, and the total compensation will also include the performance-based bonus and benefits/allowances.
