Yandex.Toloka is quickly making a name for itself on the international market, and is already used by top engineers at some of the world's largest tech companies.

Their mission is to provide the world's best tool for integrating data labeling into ML production processes.

Now Yandex.Toloka is searching for a Head of Product for their self-service platform. Your job will be to ensure that the platform's product development successfully achieves their business goals.

More specifically, responsibilities include

Staying fully up-to-date on the AI industry: this means attending conferences, reading articles, and studying emerging technologies.
Communicating extensively with both current and potential customers, understanding their tactical and strategic demands, and formulating product requirements.
Understanding the technologies and processes behind product development; building effective processes for converting market demand into product features while taking business priorities into account.

Requirements

Fluent English.
At least 2 years of experience in product management.
Experience working in ML.
Willingness to take long and frequent business trips. Destinations include Minsk, St. Petersburg, Moscow, USA, Europe, and Asia. You must be located in Moscow, St. Petersburg or Minsk.
