Persona.ly, a global company with a machine-learning based RTB platform in the mobile marketing field, with offices and representations in Europe, Russia, Japan, India, and headquarters in Israel, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our development team.
You will be part of a stable (13-year-old) global company that moves fast and gives real value to its customers. We help with growth efforts of user acquisition and retargeting, and with fraud prevention, based on our predictive models which process over 3 million RPS!
In your day-to-day, you will
- Be a part of a team of 2 DevOps engineers.
- Clear bottlenecks to improve our bidder's processing abilities, improve our development team's experience, and cost optimization.
- Take part in a migration project from AWS to GCP.
- Be responsible for the CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scale.
- Use technologies such as Kubernetes (K8s on-premise/bare-metal), Kafka, Docker, Jenkins, HAProxy, Aerospike, ClickHouse, etc.
- Keep the company’s tech environment protected from security threats.
Desired skills and experience
- 2–3 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles of a high-load/big data product in production (please detail the number of requests per sec/hour/day).
- Proven experience deploying Kubernetes from scratch.
- Proven experience with Load Balancers (HAProxy, Nginx, Ingress).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience with Terraform, Helm.
- Proven experience in Linux Administration.
- Resourceful, creative, proactive with a good sense of urgency.
Would be a plus
- Proficiency in Java.
- Proficiency in English.
