There is an ever-growing team of professionals in their People team globally and they are in charge of talent acquisition, onboarding and employee experience, L&D, performance management, and talent brand development.

They follow the data-informed approach in recruiting and use multiple top-notch SaaS tools to automate their processes, gather data, and search for insights on recruiting process effectiveness, candidate experience, talent marketing, and brand.

The Collaboration Core team builds a platform for real-time collaboration on the whiteboard. We develop a collaboration layer on top of which other teams build features. Our focus is on the performance and stability in the face of constant user growth. One of the current goals is holding thousands of online participants for each board session.
