Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Kuwait, UULA has become the dominant EdTech name in Kuwaiti households. Our mission is to provide access to high-quality and custom-made education to all learners in the GCC. We are currently expanding our product internationally to make this vision a reality.
Our subscription-based SaaS platform is available via iOS, Android, and web. It has disrupted traditional educational systems and won the trust of our users, earning a 95% Net Promoter Score.
The platform is passionately supported by a closely-knit team working remotely across the Middle East and Europe. But we also like to travel on a seasonal basis to work together in an "international sprint".
We look forward to bringing UULA to other GCC countries, developing the platform further, and creating entirely new products as we fulfill our mission and continue to be a trusted success partner to students.
We’re looking for a Middle Product Analyst who will be responsible for researching customer experience with the product, identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses on the impact of product changes on key metrics. Also searching for anomalies, patterns, and insights in the data and build hypotheses based on them. This is a challenging role which requires an inquisitive mind, technical expertise, and an ability to synthesize insights into recommendations.
