Senior UX Researcher

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end UX research projects focusing on UG’s design and brand experience.
• Conduct a variety of research methods, including usability studies, surveys, interviews, contextual inquiries, and data analysis.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights to influence product decisions, user experience improvements, and brand strategies.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to identify research needs and integrate user-centred insights throughout the development lifecycle.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization in a clear, concise manner.
• Contribute to the development of UX research processes and tools that enhance efficiency and impact.

Required experience

• 3+ years of UX research experience, with a strong background in mixed methods research (qualitative and quantitative).
• Strong knowledge of research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to play the guitar and understanding of music fundamentals.
