We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Lead QA Engineer to join our team and actively contribute to the development and optimization of QA processes for our Payments products.

We are looking for candidates who are already located in Siberia or Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities

Ensure a high level of testing quality across QA teams, uniting them into a cohesive horizontal QA community.
Define and implement test automation approaches, develop and enhance automation processes.
Participate in deployments and improve their speed and quality.
Conduct both manual and automated testing, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of QA teams.
Implement and support processes aimed at improving quality and testing efficiency.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between QA teams across various products.
Assess the team's skill level and set goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as a QA team leader, with strong leadership qualities.
Ability to coordinate and establish processes.
Ability to understand the specifics of payment products and unite teams to achieve common goals.
Experience with manual and automation testing.
Willingness to develop and implement test automation.
Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher to communicate with international teams.
Experience with CI/CD processes.
Knowledge and experience with tools such as Playwright, K6, and GitLab.
Understanding of PHP and Angular coding principles.
Understanding of relational databases such as MySQL.

Nice to have

Experience and knowledge in the payment domain.
