Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, planning and development of new products and features, that will make Gett’s platform even more valuable for their corporate admin persona.
• Work with other product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders across their different regions.
• Understand their strategic position vs. the competition, and work day in and day out to improve it — by listening to their customers and delivering value aligned with their business goals.
• Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block them from reaching their goals.
• Navigate in a fast-paced, fluid environment where the product development and business requirements take new turns every single day.
• Work with teams from different parts of the world and articulate their vision, priorities, challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of product management experience.
• A great sense for business, technology, and UX-with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, developers, and designers under pressure, while keeping your cool.
• Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them.
• Technological orientation and understanding of the development cycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.
• Can-do attitude to the problems and great ownership over the entrusted areas of product.
