The global BizOps Data Analyst will lead the analytical arm of the global business agenda, include:
- Billing and pricing data-driven analysis.
- Payments analysis.
- Fraud prevention, with the aim to minimize losses and customer friction and maximizing acceptance rate.
Support the global fraud and payments management team in establishing best in class fraud & payment services on a group level.
Responsibilities
- Analyze users, rides, billing and payments data to find gaps and anomalies.
- Analyze payments with the various acquirers and route transactions accordingly to maximize acceptance rates at the minimum cost.
- Suggest and implement new measures to counter fraud: tools, rules, procedures, fraud rings detection, analysis etc.
- Serve as focal point for all fraud and payments reporting and analysis matters.
- Work closely with the global fraud operations manager and transaction monitoring team.
- Analyze user journey around payments and fraud to ensure minimum friction to the customer and minimum drop-off.
- Accountable for meeting fraud and payments KPIs.
- ICE calculation.
- Work with collaboration with other departments and units to solve fraud, payments service concerns to the best outcome of Gett.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business/data analyst.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Strong SQL knowledge — must.
- Experience in payments/Fraud — advantage.
- Preferably experience with a data programming language (Python).
- Trustworthy.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced changing environment. Flexible thinking and ability to adjust and find solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in building machine learning models — advantage.
- Experience in the ‘on-demand’ online industry — advantage.
