Data Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and presentations for business owners.
• Conduct data segmentation and clustering.
• Improve data quality.
• Develop anti-fraud systems.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate A/B test results, and generate hypotheses.
• Work on recommender systems using modern theoretical approaches such as Multi-Armed Bandits, Counterfactual Learning, Factorization Machines, etc.
• Contribute to the development of the existing Data Warehouse (DWH).
• Improve and develop metrics about the state of the advertising network, set up and improve automated monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of database management systems (DBMS).
• 2+ years of experience with Python for data analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods.
• Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests, experience in testing metrics.
• Proactiveness, ability to propose and test hypotheses.

Nice to have

• Solid knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
• Experience in developing production-ready solutions on Python, using practices like code review, unit testing, and static code analysis.
• Experience with one of the data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Experience with column DBMS.
• Proficiency in traditional ML algorithms and experience in implementing them in the production environment.
