System Analyst (Backend)

Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and evaluate business and technical needs from key participants.
• Craft precise system designs and blueprints that reflect both business goals and technical requirements.
• Construct, improve, and support APIs for system integration, ensuring they meet both security and performance benchmarks.
• Decide how tasks should be allocated across different microservices.
• Design integration plans and solutions for smooth collaboration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Offer technical direction and assistance to development teams.
• Develop thorough acceptance tests for each task, ensuring clear developer understanding.
• Produce and sustain detailed documentation of system designs, architectures, and technical workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within the financial industry, banking, or Forex markets.
• Familiarity with the structure and workings of financial IT systems, including back-office platforms.
• Experience working with SQL databases and an understanding of both relational and non-relational database models.
• Competence in modeling and prototyping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to swiftly learn new systems and technologies, converting business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in English.
