Key Responsibilities

People Management

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Data Engineering team.

Strategic Management

Technical Management

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data solutions.
• Ensure data architecture and infrastructure meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between the Data Engineering team and other departments.
• Communicate technical concepts and project statuses to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading Data Engineering teams within a global IT environment.
• Strong background in data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Hands on experience with Python, SQL, AWS, PySpark, DataBricks.
