As a Head of Talent at Insense, you are the key person for the leadership team when it comes to recruitment, people development, and team culture driving. They have a diverse multicultural team being remote-first and distributed in the USA, UK, Mexico, Colombia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan. Your key focus for the first three months will be the recruitment of new hires in product, marketing, engineering, and sales & client teams. You are expected to build and implement hiring plans, integrate culture communication and develop a people development program. You will be working with the CEO and Managing Directors (USA, UK, Russia & CIS) closely.
Currently, all recruitment has been done by key personnel with the help of freelancers and agency recruiters. You will be a key recruiter as we grow fast and hire slow.
