Insense is a rapidly growing SaaS platform, bridging the gap between brands and influential content creators. The digital marketplace currently has over 35,000 vetted content creators which we believe are the future of advertising creatives. Founded in 2016, the company is a leader in several international markets, including the USA, UK, Canada and Russia. The team of over 40 people is based in three offices in New York, London, and Moscow, as well as working remotely. They strive for excellence and have a strong focus on teamwork and connection to elevate our business to the next level.

As a Head of Talent at Insense, you are the key person for the leadership team when it comes to recruitment, people development, and team culture driving. They have a diverse multicultural team being remote-first and distributed in the USA, UK, Mexico, Colombia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan. Your key focus for the first three months will be the recruitment of new hires in product, marketing, engineering, and sales & client teams. You are expected to build and implement hiring plans, integrate culture communication and develop a people development program. You will be working with the CEO and Managing Directors (USA, UK, Russia & CIS) closely.

Currently, all recruitment has been done by key personnel with the help of freelancers and agency recruiters. You will be a key recruiter as we grow fast and hire slow.

Responsibilities

As a recruiter:

  • Act as trusted advisor and consultant to the senior leadership team to define and develop regional and global hiring plans.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify their talent needs.
  • Act a key recruiter for all business units needs from creating job description to preparing job offers.
  • Manage freelance or agency recruiters from time to time.
  • Define and roll out company-wide talent attraction programs.
  • Ensure that Insense's recruiting infrastructure (e.g. hiring roadmap, hiring guides, interview plans, people development plans) is continually being improved.
  • Establish and manage Insense's employer brand positioning on all platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Angelist, Careers page of company website).

As a people developer:

  • Drive implementation and adoption of key people analytics to help drive thoughtful, data-driven people decisions.
  • Lead efforts to assess and improve employee engagement and well-being.
  • Oversee the learning and development of team members.
  • Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leaves of absences and compliance.

As a culture advocate:

  • Serve as an employee advocate and support system, soliciting feedback and utilizing data to enhance our culture, values and the Insense employee experience.
  • Support people programs involving employee experiences, virtual events, learning & development, performance management, employee relations and recognition programs.
  • Design and implement programs that reinforce our values and culture.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advisor for leadership and management on diversity and inclusion.

As a company operator:

  • Ensure we are compliant in all countries and territories by people operations range including benefits, payroll and compensation.
  • Be a partner to all departments to ensure you are aware of new business needs as they arise.
  • Be responsible for overseeing our workplace operations and facilities. We have the office in Moscow, though we’re now operating as a remote-first company and you’ll be responsible for helping the team thrive in the fully virtual workplace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Development at growth stage companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent for an organization.
  • Upper Intermediate English.
  • History of having developed high performing teams, programs, solutions or strategies from scratch.
  • Passion for always being in the know on the latest trends and recruiting best practices.
  • A collection of experiences where your ability to be resilient, adaptable, tenacious, creative, and driven have been critical to your success.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to make difficult or unpopular decisions ethically and rationally using data and logic.
  • Interest and passion for the health and wellness space.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Curious and passionate about life with success outside your main career track.
  • Passion for different cultures and diversity.
  • Experience using data to identify strengths and opportunities within talent acquisition and development processes/programs.

Company offers

  • Salary from 100 000₽ Net.
  • Full-time.
  • Remote or Moscow office (preferably).
  • Required time availability from 9 am to 12 pm EST to sync up with our North American team.
  • Salary commensurate with interview and experience.
  • Work schedule follows all Russian workdays and federal holidays.
