We're looking for a talented Tech Lead to join an international team who works on a new fantasy RPG mobile game. You'll be part of an innovative game studio, which partners with top names like Digital Extremes, Netflix, Remedy, and Avalanche Studios to co-develop high-quality games.
We are looking for candidates who have already relocated from Russia and Belarus.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical vision and strategy for the game.
Oversee development of game systems, including gameplay mechanics, network architecture, and backend services.
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Project Lead, Art Director, Design Director, and Narrative Lead to align technical solutions with the game’s artistic and design goals.
Optimize the game for mobile platforms, ensuring smooth performance and compatibility.
Integrate and manage third-party technologies and services.
Mentor and guide the engineering team, promoting innovation and excellence.
Regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide technical updates and gather feedback.
Travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and team members (1-2 times per year).
