We're looking for a talented Tech Lead to join an international team who works on a new fantasy RPG mobile game. You'll be part of an innovative game studio, which partners with top names like Digital Extremes, Netflix, Remedy, and Avalanche Studios to co-develop high-quality games.
We are looking for candidates who have already relocated from Russia and Belarus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and strategy for the game.
- Oversee development of game systems, including gameplay mechanics, network architecture, and backend services.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Project Lead, Art Director, Design Director, and Narrative Lead to align technical solutions with the game’s artistic and design goals.
- Optimize the game for mobile platforms, ensuring smooth performance and compatibility.
- Integrate and manage third-party technologies and services.
- Mentor and guide the engineering team, promoting innovation and excellence.
- Regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide technical updates and gather feedback.
- Travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and team members (1-2 times per year).
