Customer Support Manager

We are developing Flipper Zero, a multitool for hackers. It fits in your pocket and is always ready to analyze wired and radio protocols, copy contact and contactless keys, and much more. Flipper is interesting to both tech-savvy and beginner enthusiasts.
We have a large community eagerly awaiting the release of Flipper Zero. We are looking for an empathetic geek who will handle customer support and interact with the community in public spaces.
Your responsibilities
- Promptly handling customer inquiries in English.
- Setting up RMAs and insurance claims for customers experiencing issues.
- Resolving unusual issues by reaching out to colleagues for information.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in Customer Support.
- Interest in electronics and IT.
- Critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
- English (fluent in writing — strictly B2/C1, knowledge of proper email formats). We have a lot of work in English, but the project team is Russian-speaking.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Flipper products.
- Ability to multitask.
- Desire to optimize and improve our support work.
- Experience with helpdesk systems (we use Zendesk).
