As the Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the QA strategy for our organization. You will define quality standards and metrics, create and manage test plans and test cases, and oversee functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
You will develop and maintain automated test scripts and implement continuous testing within our CI/CD pipeline. Leading and mentoring QA engineers, you will foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will also identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Evaluating and improving QA processes and tools, you will introduce best practices for efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will work closely with development, product management, and operations teams, providing regular reports on testing activities and quality metrics, and communicating risks and issues to stakeholders.
